Life Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children in Ghana.
Life Foundation was established in 2022 by Finnish woman named Susanna who found her purpose of life during her trip to Ghana. She travelled to the small and poor villages of Ghana and met many orphans who were living on the streets without anyone who can take care of them. Some of them had parents but they were so poor that they weren’t able to feed them or put them to the school. They lived on the streets and tried to find something to eat and some shelter where to sleep. Their sad situation deeply moved Susanna and she made the decision to try all she can to change these children lives and give them a better future.
We started to help the street kids by raising lots of childrens' clothes and shoes, toys and sport equipments in Finland. It was amazing to see how willing people were to help and how much clothes and other things we raised. We shipped those to Ghana and during her trip Susanna travelled around the poor villages with our collaboration partners and gave clothes and other equipments to the children in need. This project was just the beginning and she wanted to try to help them more.
Together with ProPillers Foundation, who is our main partner in Ghana, we have big plans how to help more and more the street kids of Ghana. We are committed to make their lives better by arranging them a safe place to live, food, clothes and shoes and opportunity to go to school and study some occupation.
We believe that every child deserves an opportunity no matter where he/she is coming from.
